Here you'll find everything you need about Valley Animal Rehabilitation and how we can help you. We have online forms for everything related to our Clifton veterinarian clinic, and information, including a virtual office tour and what to expect on your visit.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Our veterinary practice offers care for your pets. Regardless of why you need to bring in your pet, we're glad to be able to help you.
You can expect friendly, professional service from all our staff during your visit. When you enter the building, you'll sign in and get acquainted with our reception staff. After which, your pet will receive the service requested. To see more about others' visits to our animal hospital, check out our testimonials page.
Please bring payment for your visit the same day. We accept several forms of payment to make the process easier for you. We will take pet insurance, CareCredit, cash, checks and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover). If you use a debit or credit card, the name on the back must match yours.
To help our staff get to know your pet, its personality and medical history, please bring the completed forms to your appointment. You can print the forms from our website or request them when you arrive. You will need to give these finished forms to our staff before your pet sees the veterinarian.
Please review our hospital policies before your visit. These policies outline our rules governing appointments, keeping your pet restrained and payment options.
